朝より晴。今朝、夢に愛犬と愛妻が久しぶりに出て来た。昨日、命日で花を上げたからかもしれない。昼前に小一時間程、散歩。昼、生ダラをムニエルにして飯。美味也。午後、リンダ・グラントン女の「ライフシフト」を読む。途中、午睡。目覚めてより更に読書。夕に至り、小一時間程散歩。夜、粗食飯。日本海側は積雪により交通渋滞頻りと言う也。
It is sunny from the morning. I am late for sleeping because it is a holiday today.
I took sunshine and had breakfast. After eating, I was exposed to sunshine, lying on the sofa and reading books. At night when I was watching TV, there was a heavy snow coverage on the Japan Sea side.

報道で、日本列島に寒波があることを知る。九州、及び日本海側は雪であると頻りに報じられる。しかし、関東は良いお天気が続いている。今日は、休日だから、朝寝をして、陽射しを浴びながら、おいしいコーヒーいれ、お気に入りのマーマレードをパンにたっぷりつけて飯。この所、自転車生活が続いたから、こういう、ゆっくり感は貴重なのだ。午前中に布団を干す。１２時になって、お腹が空いて来た！先ほど朝食を済ませたばかりだと思ったが、お腹が空いたのだからしょうがない！ボンゴレを拵え飯。午後、ソファーに寝ころんで、リンダ・グラットンの「ライフシフト」を読み始める。これは、人生１００歳時代の手引書である。変化に対応していくことが何よりも必要な事であるとつくづくと思う次第。
It is reported frequently on TV that the cold wave is hitting the Japanese
archipelago. Kyushu and the Japan Sea side seem to be heavy snow. Contrary

今日は予約が入っていないので、自転車でゆっくり飛駒に向かう。須花坂は、車が来ないので、ジグザグに登る。こうすると、登りやすいのだ。１１時、店に至る。早速、暖炉に火を入れ部屋を暖める。片づけモノをしながら、来店を待つが、人来たらず・・・・。３時の外気温は９度。帰路につく。
Since I have not made reservations today, I will slowly go to Hikoma with
